OUR TRAINERS
Pam England was certified by Romana Kryzanowska and The Pilates Guild of
New York in 1999 and is the owner of The Pilates Fitness Studio. A
professional dancer and choreographer, she has been teaching movement
classes for over 20 years and is cofounder of Ground Zero Dance Company.
She holds a BFA in Dance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a MFA
in Dance from Arizona State University.
